The Role We Play

Thailand Affirm is a coordination and referral service for gender-affirming surgery in Thailand. Our role is to connect international patients with experienced surgeons and accredited hospitals — we do not provide medical treatment ourselves.

What we do:

• Obtain quotes and treatment plans on your behalf

How Pricing Works

All prices published on our website are indicative starting points and may change. Some gender-affirming procedures involve multiple stages, and quoted prices may cover individual stages rather than the full course of treatment — your surgeon will clarify exactly what is included.

Final pricing is confirmed by the treating hospital or surgeon after a consultation or clinical review. Thailand Affirm does not charge patients any fee for coordination. Our service is funded through referral partnerships with hospitals, and all treatment payments are made directly to the provider.

Boundaries of Our Liability

Thailand Affirm facilitates connections between patients and surgical providers. We are not a party to your treatment contract and accept no liability for:

• Surgical outcomes, complications or side effects
• Clinical decisions, actions or oversights by partner surgeons or hospitals
• Travel, accommodation or any other third-party service

We vet our partners carefully and work exclusively with accredited facilities, but ultimate responsibility for treatment rests with you and your chosen provider.

Ownership of Content

Text, imagery, design elements and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Thailand Affirm. Reproduction in any form requires our written permission.

Jurisdiction

Thai law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Amendments
